Yes.content IS important but the manner in which you express yourself is as important as the content.<BR>                    If you say a single hurtful  thing to a person ;that person may forget a hundred nice things you did for him and will remember the hurtful word only. <BR>                       Similarly  discuss unpleasant things in a polite manner & without raising your voice....you 've said what you wanted to say &  you won't end up spoiling a relationship .<BR><BR>           The emotions are abstract---they don't have any form when they are in our  minds.When we want someone to know them,they take the form of words or guestures.So if you are  angry,sad,frustrated ; tell yourself first--'do I really want this person to know how I feel or do I simply want to  hurt his feelings/ insult him?'
